10 ) In case some guild mate needs help, will you be interested to help them occasionally?The problem i have is that I always help anyone b4 i help myself, that is my biggest downfall, some people take that for granted, but willing to help if needed.

I'm a retired Marine, currently a fireman, married with 4 kids. Played WOW since 04, currently still active in retail, when I'm not on priv server. I have been i every raid, every instance know the dos and dont's of everything. Since i have been in this server i have noticed that guilds dont really care about each other. It is more of a clique then anything. To me a guild is something that everyone partakes in as "family" helping each other whether it is gear , help w/e. I bust my ass do try to get into raids etc, but it very very hard here. I know my rotation to a 'T' and know how to play my char very well. All i really ask for is raids with guildies and have fun. After all it is a game.
