1 ) Your real name, date of your birth and country/town you are from? Zelko Perkovic, 29.9.1992., Croatia, Zagreb.

2 ) Name your character and alts(if you have any), their level. Will you bring all of your alts to this guild? His name is Chorba, don't have any alts yet.

3 ) Can you tell us something about your raiding expiriance, and gear you have on your main character? I've raided ToC, Onyxia, Naxx, Ulduar before, but I don't have good gear on this char since I made it 4 days ago, I'm all in greenies, But with a little help I can get better gear.

4 ) How long have you been playing World of Warcraft in total, and how much play time you had on this particular server (no need for exact numbers, rough answer will do). I've played WoW since it's release, I've switched between Retail and private servers few times, I had 4 chars on retail, and loads of chars on private servers including this one.

5 ) How many hours per day you play? Atleast 5-6.

6 ) Name your previous guilds on this server, and explain in few words reason of leaving them? I was in Preasure long time ago, I left it cuz the GM was stupid, Then I was in Revelation, Never left it though, just stopped playing so I got kicked obviously.

7 ) Who told you about us, if you have friends here tell us their names so we can reward them aswell? Nobody told me.

8 ) Did you had any problems with Gm's on this server, or have you ever been kicked from guild before? (if so, name reason) I was kicked once for being inactive, Atleast I think I got kicked.

9 ) What proffesion you have on your character and alts? I don't have any proffesions yet, But I can get anything the guild needs. I was thinking about Herb/Alch for flasks and potions for raiding.

10 ) In case some guild mate needs help, will you be interested to help them occasionally? Ofcourse.

11 ) Do you accept guild obligation that you must participate in PvP and PvE raids? Yes.

12 ) Will you be active on guild forum? Yes.

13 ) Do you have Ventrilo and Microphone? In case you dont, do you accept to download it so raids and events in guild can go faster and easyer. Yes, I have both working.

14 ) Have you read our Guild Rules, and do you agree with it? (simple Yes does not qualify in acceptable answer) Yes, I've read the guild rules... Those are some elite rules. xD

15 ) Tell us something more about yourself and your game expiriance. If you feel like adding something we should know about you and it wasnt asked in application feel free to write. Well, actually, I've said everything about my game experience and myself.

16 ) Do you consider you can be successfull raid leader? I think so, yes. I've led raids many times before, in Black Temple, Tempest Keep and such. I personally think I'm a good raid leader, but let others decide that. ^^

Edit: Ummm, today 22. I won't be able to come online to join cuz I got a new internet on my computer and I have to download WoW. IF I do come online it will be late at night or early in the morning around midnight or 1am, I hope someone will be online to inv me, if not I'll just contact you tommorow.
